'Rougher Than Rough' | Plague Vendor X Fuzz

We are pleased to present our 17th installation of the Fuzz Artist Series; a recurring, collaborative project highlighting exceptional coffees and unique creatives.

For this iteration we are proud to present an exclusive vinyl release of  “Rougher Than Rough” by Southern California’s Plague Vendor. This latest collection shows the group at their finest. Over the course of 6 numbers Plague Vendor asserts themselves; experimenting and evolving all the while digging deep into their roots. Songs that push, pulse, sway and groove; are all delivered with a distinct swagger that pulls from the greats of rock ‘n’ roll. This is a record not to be fucked with.

For the coffee we've sourced an unbelievably sweet and complex Anaerobic Honey Process Coffee from West Java. This lot comes from a mill operated by Pak Gunwan around the Gunung Patuha mountain ridge, in Ciwidey. The processing involves sealing the cherry in barrels for 3 days before de-pulping and drying. This exacerbates fruited characteristics in the cup that truly shine in this coffee. We're tasting tangerine, juicy pear, and a wonderful champagne like finish.
